1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Radiom application for macOS and of this website. By downloading, installing, or using Radiom you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License

Radiom is licensed to you, not sold. Subject to these terms, Radiom grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the application on Apple Silicon Macs that you own or control, for research and internal evaluation purposes.

3. Restrictions

Radiom is proprietary, closed-source software. You may not, and you may not permit anyone else to:

copy the application except as needed for normal installation and backup
modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the application
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, except to the extent such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law
redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the application or your license to any third party
remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice
use the application to build a competing product

4. Ownership

The application, including its code, design, and all intellectual property in it, is and remains the exclusive property of Radiom. No rights are granted to you other than the limited license described above. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Research use only

Radiom is a research tool. It is not a medical device, it has not been certified or cleared by any regulatory authority, and it is not intended for clinical use. You may not use Radiom for diagnosis, treatment planning, or any other clinical decision making. Any measurements, metrics, or visualizations produced by the application are for research purposes only.

6. Your data

Radiom opens scans directly from your disk and renders them locally on your machine. The application does not upload your imaging data and does not require an account. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any data in Radiom complies with the laws, regulations, and agreements that apply to that data.

7. Availability and updates

Radiom is currently provided free of charge for research use. Radiom may release updates, change functionality, or change the terms under which future versions are offered. These terms apply to the version you download today.

8. No warranty

The application and this website are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Radiom does not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Radiom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the application or this website.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Upon termination you must stop using the application and delete all copies in your possession.

11. Changes to these terms

Radiom may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the application or website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from these terms will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
